Patients arrive briefed

Every patient finishes a Healthcare Assistant intake before reaching you. You see chief complaint, severity, duration, top-3 ICD-10 candidates, red flags, and full med + allergy history before the call connects.

SOAP-first note editor

Type-or-template SOAP notes with auto-populated subjective sections from the intake. Lock the record when complete. Addenda are new, signed entries, never edits.

Rx with a live allergy gate

Type a drug and we cross-check it against the patient's allergies and current medications in real time. The gate cannot be bypassed by accident. Overrides require a typed reason and are immutably logged.

Refer to India in one click

When a case needs specialist or surgical care, click Refer. The AI prepares the case package; a human coordinator takes the patient from there. You stay in the loop on outcomes.

Your hours, your fee

Set your availability in 30-minute slots. Set your consult fee per session, per consult type, and per currency (KES, UGX, ETB, INR). Payouts via M-Pesa, bank, or UPI within 48 hours.

Requirements

Who we onboard.

Health Hub is licence-bound. We verify every doctor against the relevant medical council and document chain before any patient is routed to you.

  • Valid medical licence: NMC/NMR (India) or country medical council (Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia)
  • MBBS or equivalent primary medical qualification (uploaded for verification)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical practice
  • Spoken proficiency in at least one of English, Swahili, French, Amharic, Hindi
  • Professional indemnity insurance (we can introduce you to providers)
  • A laptop with a webcam, microphone, and stable broadband

Verification SLA: we review every application within 5 business days and respond with one of: approved, more information needed, or rejected with reasons.
